Charlotte joined The Ink Factory in 2023 as the Executive Assistant to Simon Cornwell (Maternity Cover) and Office Manager.
Originally Danish and Swedish, Charlotte grew up in Belgium, England, and Sotogrande, Spain before moving to the US to study Journalism at Boston University. Reporting on the US election and covering other historical stories fostered her love for storytelling. With an interest in combining creativity and strategy, Charlotte completed a Master of Science in Media Ventures at BU, which saw her move from Boston to Los Angeles, pitching her original media business venture to a panel of Hollywood executives. While completing her degree, Charlotte worked in Post-Production at The Hollywood Reporter as well as in Global Distribution at Studio 71.
Charlotte worked at Paradigm Talent Agency as the manager of the Aston Martin account, sourcing new opportunities for Film/TV creative collaboration. During the pandemic, Charlotte moved to the UK and transitioned into advertising, working as the Directors’ Rep at Scandinavian production company new—land and representing talent within the creative industry. Prior to joining The Ink Factory, Charlotte worked as the PA to an A-List actor/writer as well as on-set on productions such as BARBIE, BRIDGERTON, and BACK IN ACTION.
