Cole Marshall joined The Ink Factory in 2024 as the Development Assistant in the Los Angeles office.
Cole was born and raised in Washington D.C., attending Sidwell Friends School. Junior year of high school, Cole lived in Yunnan Province in China as a part of a school sponsored anthropological retreat. His experience proved formative, sparking an interest in East Asian culture and language as well as a desire to tell lesser-known stories. He proceeded to attend the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in East Asian Languages and Civilizations with a concentration in Chinese and a minor in Cinema and Media Studies.
Prior to Ink, Cole worked as a TV Talent assistant at the Creative Artist’s Agency – reporting to Andrew Kurland. He began in the mailroom at CAA in July 2022 after having graduated from UPenn. Before graduation, Cole worked as a Production Assistant on the Netflix feature, WE HAVE A GHOST, directed by Christopher Landon and starring David Harbour, Anthony Mackie, and Jennifer Coolidge.
